Disclaimer

 

When you book a session with me, you will be asked to download and sign a waiver that explains the nature of my business and its limits. Because many people overlook this part of the booking process, I’m including it here and stating that by way of booking or participating in your appointment, you agree to the following:

 

1. That you are at least 18 years old and have voluntarily decided to book or participate in a session for yourself.  

 

​  2. I reserve the right to refuse service for any reason at any time. 

 

  3. For in house/ in person sessions, please know that I, Tiffanie, have two cats. :)

 

  4. That you understand that an intuitive session is in no way a substitute for professional medical, mental health, or spiritual counseling and treatment. I encourage you to seek appropriate care for your mind and body. I strongly encourage you to be your own best advocate.

 

  5. That you understand that I, or any intuitive, cannot guarantee 100 percent accuracy of any              statement, and that I do not include or guarantee predictions of the future in my practice. I encourage people who work with me to remain as their own self authority. Intuitives, and other such practitioners can be wrong, can interpret material incorrectly, or put language to the information they receive that miscommunicates, or only partly communicates, what they are seeing, sensing, hearing. Error is possible.

 

  6. That you understand that you may receive information that you may consider unpleasant, painful, or emotionally difficult. We often encounter pain, loss, grief, embarrassment, and other types of discomfort when facing conscious or unconscious material. Some of this may surface during our session. 

 

  7. All rights reserved. No part of this website may be reproduced by any means without prior written permission of Tiffanie Boldizsar.  The intention of the sessions with Tiffanie Boldizsar is to offer helpful general information to help you navigate your journey and well-being. Tiffanie Boldizsar assumes no responsibility or liability for your actions or inactions. 

 

  8. That you understand that our sessions are completely confidential and that neither you or I will publish any part of the session. You understand that neither I nor you will record without permission.

 

Further, I do not guarantee that: ​

1. The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free

2. Any results obtained from using the service will be accurate, complete or current. I or anyone involved with the provision of these services shall not be liable for any damages arising from the inability to use the services or from errors caused by negligence or otherwise. I am not liable for delays in providing information or carrying out my obligations due to factors beyond my control.

 

By having a session with me, you agree that you, your assigns, executors, guardians and other legal counselors, or entities release me, Tiffanie Boldizsar, my website, my business (The Sage Experience - Meatsuit Productions PLLC), my property, my employees or anyone  / anything associated with my business, my pets, or my personal relations, from all known or unknown claims against me as a result of any information arising out of a session that you received from me. You waive all claims, demands, compensation, actions, that I or anyone associated with me, property, or any other participant in the session currently or hereafter may have for any injuries perceived or real losses you may suffer or believe to have suffered because of or during your session with me, Tiffanie Boldizsar. You understand and agree that in the event that you, or anyone associated with you, bring a claim for damages against Tiffanie Boldizsar and any person associated with Tiffanie Boldizsar as a result of Tiffanie Boldizsar’s actions, omissions and other acts, that you and/or your estate shall indemnify and hold harmless Tiffanie Boldizsar and all persons associated with Tiffanie Boldizsar from any and all claims, actions, and or damages, legal and otherwise, including the cost and expense of and including reasonable attorney fees associated with defending such actions and claims. That you agree that you engage in this session at your own risk.

 

What you're paying for is my time. The wisdom is free. I strive to work ethically, to treat people with respect and dignity. I also understand that my style of communication is to be very free, open to spirit, to unconscious influences, and that I may use language that you may misunderstand or dislike. I strongly urge you to seek an intuitive with whom you feel comfortable, whose style resonates with you. If I am not that person, it is my wish and hope for you that you find exactly the right fit with a person who can help you on your journey!
